Co- Referral Programme

We have sat of the fence for a long time about a referral programme caught between two thoughts:

  • We would benefit from one

  • We want referrals made for the right reason (because the person referring can see the exceptional value we provide)

Like many service businesses, we rely on referrals, without them we wouldn’t be where we are today so we have decided to get off that fence and put one in place, trusting that our clients and partners will introduce the right people for the right reasons and see the incentive we are providing as a thank you.

What the ‘thank you’ looks like

We are proud to say two of our clients, Alina and Joel, run Wilson’s in Ladywell SE13.  Proud because in our humble opinion it is one of the best dining experiences in London.

The right people

Something we have learned the hard way is that Co- service doesn’t work for everyone.  Our first calls with inquiries are about being up front about the alternatives and trying to establish if we are the right accountants for them.  Essentially our service works for people who:

  • Have a business (we don’t do personal tax only)

  • Want more than their accounts and tax done, whether that is the personal relationship we provide, our Growth Specialist support or the opportunity to meet and work with other business owners.

  • Are happy to adopt our out of the box tech solution: Xero, Dext, FathomHQ

  • Can see that our fees are good value

The right reason

For the right client we know we provide exceptional value.   There are definitely cheaper accountants (and sometimes that is what people need), but we would challenge anyone to find a solution that is better value for money.

What to do 

If you want to refer to us all we need is their name, number / email and for you to confirm they are expecting us to be in contact.  Alternatively you could invite them to a Co-nnect Workshop.

However we are introduced, we promise to provide value.  Often people with inquiries get a lot from our calls with their questions answered about accounts and tax and clear on who would be the right accountant for them.
