Originally from the Philippines, I turned a lifelong interest in problem-solving into a career in Computer Science. My journey in IT began at PLDT, where I developed a foundational expertise in technical support. Over the past decade, I have scaled my career by supporting mission-critical operations for global leaders, including J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., Reed Elsevier, LexisNexis, and Afni.

Most recently, I served as a Senior Application Support Specialist for DFI Retail Group, one of Asia’s largest retail conglomerates, before relocating to the UK. I specialise in navigating complex technical environments and ensuring seamless application performance.

I am a firm believer that challenges are opportunities for growth. Living with Arthrogryposis Multiplex Congenita (AMC) has never hindered my ambition; instead, it has sharpened my adaptability and fuelled my drive to excel in a fast-paced, ever-evolving industry.

When I’m not resolving technical issues, I am likely exploring new corners of the world. I am an avid traveler with a deep love for the ocean. Despite my mobility challenges, I love to swim and was learning free diving—a hobby I look forward to continuing.
