What are duplicate records?
Duplicate records can appear when there are two records of the same transaction for example an email confirmation, which confirms an order, and later receiving the invoice once it has been paid for.
When sending documents to Dext avoid sending two copies of the same transaction, the best records to send to Dext are always receipts and invoices.
If there are two records sent through to Dext and Xero this can cause the data to be incorrect as one record will sit unprocessed due to there not being a matching transaction to reconcile the record to.
