When do I have to pay my dividend?

The dividend process results in a dividend voucher that gives a shareholder the right to an amount of company profit. However it does not speficy when this should be paid. It is left to the discretion of the Directors in agreement with Shareholders to pay a dividend.

NB for tax purposes the dividend is considered income on the date it is created.
